Papp
Zoltán - ügyvezető igazgató, Scotwork Magyarország,
Scotwork South-East Europe. HR diplomáját a pécsi Janus Pannonius
Tudományegyetemen szerezte. Szakmai karrierjét a kilencvenes évek
elején a Pepsi Cola magyarországi szervezeténél kezdte, mint
Tréning és Development Manager. A Scotwork Magyarországot
1996-ban alapította, melynek azóta is vezető trénere.
Az eddig eltelt idő alatt több mint
3000 résztvevőnek oktatta a Scotwork tananyagot, akik a
gyógyszeripartól kezdve a telekommunikáción át érkeztek a képzésre
elsősorban a gyakorlatban alkalmazza.
Tapasztalatára építve a Scotwork
új tréningeket a The Next Steps, a Skill Builder és a
Fundamentals-t is oktatja, miközben képzi az új csapatot
Romániában, akik a tavasz tól kezdve már románul tartják a
tréninget.
Tollas
Attila a Scotwork Magyarország konzultánsa és az
egyik vezető trénere valamint felel a magyarországi, romániai,
bulgáriai és a délszláv országok marketingkommunikációs
feladataiért és szervezetfejlesztéséért.
Attila közgazdász végzettsége mellett folyamatosan képezte magát
különböző egyetemeken, jelenleg a Marketing MSc diplomadolgozatát
írja a Szent István Egyetemen.
Szakmai pályafutása egy rövid
telekommunikációs kitérővel a The Phone House-nál kezdődött majd
közel 10 évnyi reklámszakmában eltöltött év után csatlakozott a
Scotwork csapatához.
Szenvedélyesen szereti a tárgyalás folyamatát, amit az állandóan
változó és minden percben új kihívásokkal szembesítő reklámipari
munkája során napi szinten gyakorolhatott. Dolgozott
teljes Scotwork
tréningpalettát.
