The success of our courses is measured by our ability to
influence our clients to get better deals, meet their targets, save
time and build more successful business relationships. Often a
better deal may be a quicker deal, or may involve a non measurable
return like a happier relationship.
Training is notoriously difficult to measure in terms of return
on investment. At Scotwork we have always believed that our courses
offer an impressive return, so in 1996 we set out to prove it, and
have been measuring and testing it ever since.
